CLASS DESCRIPTIONS



BOXING AND BODYWEIGHT STRENGTH -



A fast paced guided boxing session coupled with bodyweight strength
Get your heart rate up and challenge as well as refine your body weight skills
No partner required - you will be grouped in similar fitness levels
BYO Mat
BYO gloves and pads - if you have them!
*note - if you have ever smelled a pair of used boxing gloves you will understand they can never be cleaned properly.  In light of COVID19 it is suggested that you bring your own boxing gloves.  Alternatively, cotton gloves and communal boxing gloves and pads will be provided.



FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH -  



Free weight based circuit designed to teach you functional movements with load under supervision in a group setting.  Some cardio may be included.
A range of equipment is used including kettlebells, weight plates, dumbbells, medicine balls
BYO Mat



CORE STRETCH -



Great introductory class for beginners.

A dynamic session involving deep yin yoga style stretches, demonstrated and guided foam rolling as well as the use of resistance bands for core focused strength.

BYO roller - if you have one!



RUN FUN-.  



Running.  But fun!  Varied sessions of interval and circuit running, this may include short fast runs or longer supervised runs within the allocated time frame.
This session is designed for all fitness levels - advanced runners, beginner runners, people who want to lose weight fast even though they hate running, those who want to learn to enjoy running...not one of you are excluded from being able to participate in this session.
Bring only yourself, water and a towel if you need it!  Whatever you bring to the session may need to be carried with you!!

Monthly cost



1 group per week - $80 per month

2 groups per week - $150 per month

3 groups per week - $230 per month



*all groups can accommodate 18 people only

*monthly reassessment of your chosen package therefore lock in period is one month only

1.                                                 send us your details so we can email you a pre-exercise questionaire in order to personally review your health and fitness needs.



2.  Once your pre exercise questionaire has been submitted you will recieve a personalised call back to discuss the options which suit your needs and budget best.  Here you will make payment over the phone with your consultant.  Payment options include paypal or credit or debit card transactions.
