Having been an experienced nurse, Louise know's that older adults in our community have multiple medical and health concerns as they get older. On top of this, pain free mobility is not so easy to achieve and results in a decline in mobility and balance, which in turn creates a higher risk of falls.

Seniors strength training sessions are offered 1:1 or 1:2 or more.  Session prices depend on number of participants so please make an enquiry.

Personalised seniors exercise programming involves a monthly strength training program to be completed 3 times per week, this package is offered at a concessional rate of $50.00 per month and includes full exercise instructions.
