SENIORS STRENGTH TRAINING/PROGRAMMING

It’s never too old to get moving more especially strength training. The less strength we have as we grow older, the less smoothly we deal with health concerns and injuries if they arise, and believe me they don’t write a letter and let you know what day they are popping in for a cuppa.  No one tell's you that today is the day you will trip and fall, perhaps breaking a hip.  The saying ‘practice makes perfect’ is true, the more you do something the better you become at it.


Our seniors strength training regime focuses on building up postural strength, increasing range of motion of joints, lengthening of tight areas, specific needs exercises for issues such as arthritis, balance training, co-ordination training and mobility drills to keep you as mobile with the grandkids for longer.  Suitable for post operative clients.
